Specialist knowledge and advice – we are a centre for specialist information about travelling in our destinations. Our customers expect us to have the answers and just as importantly, to have an opinion.

Value for money – customers want to know what they are paying for when they buy a holiday. So we are deliberately open about the component costs of our holidays.

For most of our customers, the holiday they book with us will be their biggest purchase of the year. It is also likely to be the single most important and expectation vested, two weeks of their year. So, doing justice to that responsibility is something we take very seriously indeed.
