Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing team, delivering strategic and targeted financial contributions from airlines, hotels, tourist boards and DMCs for both Scott Dunn and Imagine Travel.

The successful candidate will also assist the Director of Business Development with sourcing, negotiating and developing partnerships that grow Scott Dunn and Imagine Travel’s brand footprint / awareness in our target audiences and increase new guest acquisition.

• Develop a new partnership strategy and offering in line with the marketing and product strategy for Scott Dunn and Imagine Travel
• Lead and drive forward the partnership strategy to include:Building relationships with key hotels, tourist boards, DMCs and airlines along with Product Managers
• Create pitch documents and presentations. Present when necessary
• Produce and manage the media sales deck. Monetise marketing activity
• Deliver targeted financial contributions
• Brief specialist global and local marketing teams to deliver campaigns (DM, digital, social media etc.) and work closely with them to ensure delivery
• Create timing plans
• Post campaign analysis and reporting
• Create partnership plan which links up with the marketing and product plan.
• Ensure activity fits with marketing plan / strategy – and product pushes
• Create preferred partner programme and work with product and marketing to implement
• Attend key trade shows
• Build relationships with relevant HODs
• Support Product Managers with override pitches
• Assist Director of Business Development with sourcing, negotiating and developing partnerships
• Liaise closely with the product team and wider marketing team

• Previous partnerships experience
• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Very good presenting skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work across international offices and time zones

• Excellent knowledge of the marketing mix
